14 Day Money Back Guarantee!! Merchandise purchased at non-sale prices must be received by LBCDP within 14 days of the date the order was placed with us for a full refund. Items can be exchanged for store credit after 14 days of purchase.
All Returns Must Include a Return Merchandise Authorization Code. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be refused and returned to you. Please e-mail email@example.com (better to email than phone since we will have a record of your request) for your return authorization number. Simply state the reason for your return in your email. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Returned garments must be free of perfume, stains and not worn or used condition. Any items returned that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange and will be returned to you. Any package that is refused or sent back is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This also includes packages where multiple delivery attempts are made and sent back to us as undeliverable.
Returns must be received within five business days after the RMA number is issued. Returns received after five business days of the RMA issue will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For your protection, we suggest that you send your items in a manner that requires our signature upon receipt. For merchandise returns from 15-30 days after order placement or for returns without the sales receipt, store credit will be issued for the current price of the goods. Sorry, we cannot accept returns after 30 days of placement of order. All sales are FINAL after 31 days. No refunds or credits can be issued. Returns sent after 31 days will be refused and sent back.
For undergarments all sales are final. There are no refunds on personal items such as shapewear undergarments, hosiery or underwear. Federal health regulations prevent us from exchanging any merchandise that comes in contact with genitalia for your safety. No returns accepted, with the exception of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise. All sales are final on accessories: belts, handbags, wraps, wallets, and jewelry.

To give you the most updated and on-trend merchandise, it is important that you please read our final sale policy. No returns will be accepted on Sale items. SALE Items are designated on our BACK ALLEY SALE PAGE along with personal shapwear items, accessories, wraps and jewelry. ALL SALE ITEMS are also marked by brands on the item with a LINE THROUGH the original price with the NEW FINAL SALE PRICE in RED. All sales for these items are Final. Failure to read our Final Sale policy is not a reason to return an item. There are no exceptions. Items returned to us will be sent back. This is our FINAL clearance rack. All sales are final on items where a store credit has been issued. Sorry, there are no exceptions. All international orders are Final Sale. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON OUR BACK ALLEY BARGAIN BOXES.
A Note Regarding Product Color
While we use professional photography services, do our best to represent product color as accurately as possible, please be advised that item color, as represented in the final image on your monitor, may vary in accuracy relative to the actual product. This is due to conditions which are difficult to control, such as the camera, variations in lighting type and conditions, and the color settings and calibration of your computer monitor which can vary, sometimes significantly, from screen to screen, and even more so if viewed on a printed copy. The color you see on your screen or printout is not a guarantee of the color of the actual product.
How To Return or Exchange An Order

#3 Ship your Return - BlackcatPlus.com recommends you track your return so that you are able confirm that we have received it. The U.S. post office offers delivery confirmation for an additional fee. Also, we strongly suggest you insure your return to protect against loss or damages. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information. PLEASE DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

#4 We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed. You should expect the credit in your account 5-10 days after we have processed your return. If a coupon was used with the order, the coupon may be voided under certain conditions. For example, if a coupon for $10.00 off of minimum purchase of $50.00 was used and the items kept do not total $50.00, then the coupon will be voided and the $10.00 deducted from the credit due.
Please note: it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to post your refund. Refunds can be made only in the original form of payment.
Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. You should expect the credit in your account 5-10 days after we have processed your return (excluding any promotional discounts or shipping costs). If you have not received a credit to your account within 20 business days after you shipped it, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, order number, the date you returned it, how you returned it (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and the delivery confirmation or tracking number. If you are returning a gift, we will automatically credit the credit card used by the purchaser. We cannot issue a credit to a different card than the card used for purchase.
Merchandise may be exchanged in a different size or color if available. It is a good idea to contact us first by email or phone at email@example.com or (585) 413-1320 to let us know to reserve that item for you and so we know you are sending an item back to us. Indicate the exchange details on your packing slip when you return your item. We will ship you the exchanged merchandise upon receipt of the original merchandise. Exchange items will be shipped at no charge.
