Free shipping on non SALE orders that total over $100.00 in the U.S. (48 contiguous states). Two day or next day shipping is also available at an additional charge. Let us know if you need an alternative shipping method. Once we receive your order, you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail with an order summary and corresponding order number. Please let us know immediately by phone or email if you notice a discrepancy at orders@blackcatplus.com or (585) 413-1320. Orders will be shipped via the USPS or UPS the same business day if the order was received before 12 noon Eastern Standard time. We will contact you by email when your items have shipped and will provide you with your tracking number so that you can follow your package. International Global Express Service
Express delivery service is available from Monday-Saturday, outside the United States. Add $35.00 to the International standard shipping charge. Express delivery should arrive within 3 - 5 days.
